Must have DEA & DPS license. Locum pay is $45 (if housing needed) or $55 per hour (with no housing) with 30 hour guarantee, but should average 35 hours as temp. Malpractice insurance is covered by Odyssey Staffing. Permanent Pay as 1099 $44 to $51.5 w/ 3 weeks PTO or w2 pay at $38 to $43 w/ 3 weeks PTO. PTO is accrued 3.5 days per quarter or max of 15 days per year. Malpractice reimbursed, but no health benefits at this time. Can refer you to insurance broker. Client is paying more $ per hour b/c no health insurance is offered. Client would prefer at least 1 month temp to perm, to test candidate out, but is open to longer if candidate prefers.Seeing 10 to 25 patients per day, working 9:00 to 3:30 or 4:00 and Saturdays 9 - 2:00 (negotiable). Center is open 8 - 5:00, but NP or PA would leave when no patients. Doing General family practice including adults and kids, workers comp., some pain management(60%-70%), adding a weight loss program in August, with plans to be at majority Weight Loss/Family Practice patients within next 3 months, while weeding out Pain.
